The cottage is situated far from any main road, at the end of a long track in the tiny hamlet of Kemyel Wartha, comprising of just four old farm cottages. There is no pollution from light or noise apart from the birds singing or the occasional sound of a passing fishing boat.
Burnt Toast Cottage is very Dog Friendly. Enjoying a fully enclosed garden the grounds are private and secure with a Cornish Hedge boundary and a five-bar gate. Being surrounded by open fields to the front and side there are magnificent Coastal Path walks right on your doorstep! Perfect for dogs and their humans!
